Endless Scheming

Giving the issue further thought, thought I'd suggest that inter-national summits be purged of secret diplomacy. Not only does the practice allow for deception and intimidation, not only is it not safe, but is not particularly prudent either.
I say let's make it criminal. According to the plan, all transcripts would be public and any shady business heavily penalised by bans on political life and, yes, even imprisonment. The mob would do wise to throw in some shame as well.
What have we learned from WikiLeaks? I learnt something, obviously.
