Coming back to castes, even though present-day quasi egalitarian society would dismiss the idea immediately, it is not so shallow as it may seem at first glance.

This is exactly what the truly shallow idea of management is. It is just that we are too feeble to comprehend the complexity behind the caste factors.

Truly, it would be paradise on Earth if we could but organise.
